Sweat, Smile, Enjoy, Repeat! Our classes are designed to burn, tone, build and be fun. We have tailored classes to keep fitness fun and help you achieve your goals is a friendly environment. Checkout our timetable here!

Circuits:

30 Minute class. Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. When the instructor tells you, everyone moves to the next free station. Classes alternate an aerobic activity such as jumping jacks with a muscle strengthening activity such as a squat. This is a total body workout.

H.I.I.T:

30 to 45 minutes long. HIT (High Intensity Training) Bootcamp is a mega body blast and there are options for all levels of fitness. This Bootcamp style of training will give you alternative ways to boost cardio and strength gains. No need to be co-ordinated just a desire to have a unique and extreme workout.

 

Aqua Aerobics:

30 Minutes long. This class is for people off all ages and abilities. Just like an aerobics class, but with the support of the water very low impact and great fun, a great way to burn fat, lose weight, keep fit and tone up. Fun music playing through out on the pool deck!

 

 

APC Pilates:

The class, lead by a physio, will support you on your journey to achieving your fitness goals, helping you on your way to a full and long-lasting recovery after an injury, improving sports performance or general wellbeing. Pilates is perfect for those who may not have a high level of fitness and is also extremely beneficial for those who are at elite level fitness.

In short, Pilates can be practiced by anyone who has the desire to improve their physical and mental well-being. We particularly recommend Pilates for those who are pre or post-pregnancy.

Abs And Core:

This is a 30-minute class designed to tone and shape the abs and core and get the results you’ve always been looking for! There is a massive emphasis on fun in this class so if this is something that interests you, then why not give it a go!

 

Strength:

Strength class is a full-body workout designed to help improve muscular strength. Including weight training can help to build muscle and offset the rate of muscle mass loss during weight loss, so in this way, it can be good for weight loss.

 

Water Babies:

Baby swimming has so many advantages. Our classes are not only excellent for your child’s growth but also a great opportunity for you to spend quality time with your child.

Turtle Tots:

Our unique and fun Turtle Tots baby swimming classes and toddler swimming classes teach you to swim with your young child, whilst giving you a fantastic toning workout at the same time!

The Turtle Tots programme of swimming classes begins once your baby is born with specialist and progressive swimming classes for babies and toddlers. The classes have also been written in conjunction with experienced personal trainers. Every movement can be adapted to suit individual ability levels and the classes provide an excellent toning work out for Mums and Dads.

 

Splash Swim School:

The hours of instruction are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. We hold our classes at Club Vitae, Clayton Hotel. “Your fitness, your way, in peaceful, calm surroundings” is what this fitness centre takes pride in, and those are the same qualities that matter to Splash Swim School!
