I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years teaching a wide variety of classes including Strength & Conditioning, HiiT, Boxercise and Martial Arts. I specialise in Weight loss & Muscle Building from beginner to advanced. I have a high knowledge of nutrition and can give nutritional advice along with tailored calories for your goals. My passion is helping people to get comfortable and enjoy the gym.
