Spin

Special stationary bike that simulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors. This class is a great fat burner. Suitable for beginners. 30/45mins.

Spin & Abs

The Spin & Abs class is a combination of 30 min Spin and 15 min Abs. It’s a high intensity spin followed by a blast of abs to condition and strengthen legs and core.

Les Mills CORE

Exercises muscles around the core. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Aqua

An invigorating water workout. A combination of upper and lower body exercises to tone and tighten! 45 mins

BodyAttack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. 30/45/60mins.

BodyCombat

A high-energy non-contact martial-arts inspired workout where you will burn up to 700 calories. 30/45/55mins

BodyBalance

Circuit/GymFit

Trains the entire body, focusing on endurance, power & dynamic movements. 45mins

Box-Fitness

This will get you fighting fit and toned up! A combination of upper and lower body work using boxing techniques. A full body cardio & resistance workout. 45mins

Strength & Tone

Combines upper and lower body strength training exercises with a cardio workout.

Bums & Tums

Resistance class using bands to focus and tone on the lower part of the body mainly targeting core, legs and glutes.
