Our Limerick Gym at Club Vitae Health &  Fitness hosts a state of the art air-conditioned gym, with tv/radio cardiovascular equipment (bikes, rowers, treadmills, steppers, and arc & cross trainers), free weights, resistance training machines, fit balls, boxing and stretching & tone area. The Gym is located on the first floor of the building with outdoor visibility. Gym Programmes & Classes are ongoing in the gym with health screening, induction to gym equipment & weights, all essential before you commence your exercise regime.
