Class Descriptions
Woman’s weights:
A woman’s only resistance class focused on building strength and toning up.
Strength & Tone:
Mixed fitness class with a combination of weight exercises and aerobic exercises with the aim of improving overall health.
Aqua:
Our extremely popular water aqua is an aerobics class based in our state of the arts swimming pool, catered to all abilities and features some classic 80s hits!
Bums & Tums:
With the main focus on core and glute exercises Bums and Tums is ideal for those looking to tighten up and bring that beach body this summer!
5k Club:
Cardio focused class improving general fitness, the participant must complete 5 kilometres in 45minutes, and this can be done on a treadmill, rower, or upright bike.
Spin:
A spin class is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine, the result is a fixed gear bike (like a track bike) – your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down, it is a cardiovascular class.
Men’s Weights:
A men’s only resistance class focused on building strength and toning up.
Mixed Weights:
A men’s & woman’s resistance class focused on building strength and toning up.
Circuit Blitz:
Is a class that includes numerous stations with different exercise, these exercises can be cardiovascular, resistance, or strength exercises.
Beginners Class:
Is designed for new members who would like to be slowly introduced to classes at their own pace, in this class you will be thought how to do a number of exercises correctly.
